Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LIMHP, LMHP)
Position: Full-Time
Location: Nebraska
Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
About the Role
We are hiring a Nebraska-licensed LMFT, LIMHP, or LMHP to provide mental health therapy through telehealth. You'll work with adults and adolescents during scheduled sessions, addressing concerns that may affect their emotional health, relationships, behavior, or daily lives. This is a direct clinical role with a regular caseload. Along with client sessions, you'll handle treatment follow-up, clinical records, and other responsibilities associated with ongoing care.
Responsibilities
Conduct individual therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform
  • Work with adults and adolescents based on your clinical experience and scope of practice
  • Discuss client concerns and establish appropriate treatment priorities
  • Apply therapeutic techniques suited to each client's needs
  • Review treatment progress and make changes when clinically appropriate
  • Complete required assessments, session notes, and clinical records
  • Participate in case consultation when additional clinical input is needed
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow Nebraska licensing and professional requirements

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related clinical field
  • Active Nebraska LMFT, LIMHP, or LMHP license
  • Experience providing mental health therapy or counseling
  • Strong communication and clinical judgment
