Your schedule will consist of Monday to Friday working hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, tailored to meet your needs while ensuring client accessibility.

• Conducting virtual therapy sessions with individuals seeking support, fostering an engaging and safe environment for open discussions.
• Assessing patient needs through thoughtful evaluation and active listening in order to formulate collaborative treatment plans.
• Applying evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions tailored to the unique challenges faced by each client.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
• Participating in regular team meetings to discuss challenging cases, share insights, and engage in ongoing professional development.

Your clients will range from adolescents to adults, each facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. • An active mental health license in Virginia (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, or LPC) is mandatory, demonstrating your professional qualifications to practice.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health counseling, preferably in a remote setting that includes virtual therapy.
