Virginia Beach Psychiatric Center is a 100 bed acute care, inpatient psychiatric facility for adults in Virginia Beach, VA.  VBPC offers specialty mental health treatment for older adults, chronically mentally ill, and substance abuse/detox programming.  VBPC is a state of the art building located in the beautiful Virginia Beach area, just minutes from the ocean.

Qualifications
  • Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program with licensure and registration by the Virginia Board of Nurse Examiners as a Registered Nurse.
  • One year prior adult psychiatric and chemical dependency experience preferred.
  • Must possess knowledge of basic psychiatric nursing procedures working with a general population including adults and chemically dependent individuals.
