Job description

Position: Virtual Behavioral Health Therapist - LCSW / LPC 

Licensure: Active LCSW / LPC license in Virginia, New Hampshire, or Texas

Pay: Starting at $75,000  

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 am – 5 pm EST (40 hours per week) 

Candidates must have a minimum of two years of therapy and diagnostic experience following the issuance of an independent LCSW or LPC license. Experience facilitating group therapy is strongly preferred.

In this role, you’ll conduct individual assessments, develop treatment plans, and connect patients with valuable community resources, all within a program designed to fill gaps in the outpatient continuum for hospitals and health systems. vide

Qualifications:  

  • 2+ years of experience as an independently Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and/or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Active LCSW / LPC license in Virginia, New Hampshire, or Texas required 
  • Proven experience in therapy, with at least 2 years of diagnostic experience; group therapy experience strongly preferred 

  • Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during EST hours. 

  • Experience & willingness to treat patients across various age groups, ideally all ages, but a minimum of ages 13+ 

  • Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.
