This remote position offers the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while being an integral part of a supportive and collaborative team. Our clinic employs advanced telehealth technologies, ensuring that our counselors remain connected to one another as well as to the clients we serve. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, although flexibility in scheduling may be required to accommodate patient needs.

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments using evidence-based practices that lead to the development of individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy to facilitate meaningful progress in patients' mental health journeys.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including HIPAA, to protect patient confidentiality and uphold ethical practices.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow mental health professionals to enhance the care provided to clients.
• Engage in ongoing case consultations and participate actively in peer review meetings to continuously improve therapeutic outcomes and strengthen professional development.
• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, explaining treatment methodologies and connecting them with valuable community resources for additional support.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements and research in the mental health field to incorporate innovative approaches into practice.

You will work with a varied client base, addressing an array of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional challenges. • Possession of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
