• Conduct comprehensive assessments that accurately identify client needs and barriers to mental health.
• Develop personalized treatment plans in partnership with clients, setting measurable goals aligned with their aspirations.
• Deliver psychoeducation to clients and their families, enhancing their understanding of mental health management strategies.
• Engage with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide holistic and integrated care.
• Remain updated on the latest mental health advancements to continually improve care delivery.
• Document assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision to refine therapeutic techniques and enhance professional development.

You will primarily work with a diverse array of clients experiencing various mental health issues, including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and stress management. Our clients span a wide demographic range, including adolescents, adults, and families. Your role is crucial in assisting them on their journey to improved mental health, providing empathetic support and evidence-based interventions tailored to their specific situations.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.
• A valid and active license to practice in New York State (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC).
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients.
• Familiarity with telehealth technologies and electronic health records is preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a behavioral health setting is required, with a focus on individual and group therapy.
• Experience in providing remote therapy sessions through telehealth platforms is highly desirable.
