We are open to creating a consistent schedule between 30 and 40 hours per week based on the right candidate's interests, availability, and professional goals.
About Puzzle PiecesPuzzle Pieces is a multidisciplinary pediatric practice serving children and families throughout the South Shore and Greater Boston area. Since 2013, we have provided relationship-based, neurodiversity-affirming services through mental health counseling, speech-language therapy, occupational therapy, feeding therapy, parent coaching, and consultation.
Today, we support hundreds of children and families each week through a collaborative, strengths-based model that values relationships, development, and individualized care.

What You'll Do
- Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and consultation to behavioral health clinicians
- Support onboarding, professional development, and clinician growth
- Foster a positive, collaborative, neurodiversity-affirming department culture
- Partner with leadership on hiring, retention, and staff development
- Assist with clinical decision-making, treatment planning, and case consultation
- Help shape department initiatives, clinical programming, and quality improvement efforts
- Collaborate closely with Occupational Therapy and Speech-Language Pathology leadership
- Maintain a reduced clinical caseload while focusing primarily on supervision and leadership responsibilities

What We're Looking For- Independent licensure (LMHC, LICSW, Psychologist, or equivalent)
- Experience working with children, families, and neurodivergent populations
- Prior supervisory, leadership, or mentoring experience
- Strong clinical judgment and consultation skills
- Commitment to neurodiversity-affirming and relationship-based practice
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities
- A desire to help clinicians grow and thrive professionally
