Medical Director of Consult Liaison Services | 100% Remote 
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours
Location: Remote
  
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Integrated Psychiatric Consultants (IPC) is seeking an internal Medical Director due to company growth and expansion. IPC wishes to identify a dynamic individual who can dually function as a frontline clinician and strategic leader in a player-coach model. The role requires experience in Consult-Liaison/Inpatient setting and leadership oversight to operate as clinical advisor. The position is 100% remote and will require multiple state licenses (or ability to obtain) to practice and consult across numerous facilities. Further details below:
  • Quality-focused assessment and treatment
  • Practice across multiple clients to help staff and proactively address challenges
  • Review and evolve care strategies, QI Initiatives, and protocols
  • Solution-oriented clinical lead for IPC providers
  • Advise facilities to current market conditions for staffing needs
  • Data assessment for care optimization and workflow
  • Conduct interviews and peer evaluations

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • MD or DO with Board Certification Adult Psychiatry.
  • Active, clean, unrestricted medical license
  • Participation in IMLC or willingness to obtain multiple state licenses
