You will work alongside psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, leveraging an accessible support system that encourages shared insights and coordinated client care.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and support systems.
• Facilitate individualized therapy sessions for clients of all ages, employing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.
• Develop personalized treatment plans with clear goals, interventions, and evaluation metrics to track progress.
• Collaborate closely with the treatment team to ensure cohesive and seamless service delivery that prioritizes client needs.
• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessment, and develop safety plans when necessary to protect client welfare.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and client progress, adhering to ethical and legal standards.
• Lead engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes to foster community support and shared learning among clients.

You will work with a varying range of clients including individuals, couples, and families, addressing complex issues that can significantly impact mental health and relationships. • A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Proven knowledge and application of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

While we welcome applicants from various backgrounds, candidates with at least two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting will be favored. Familiarity with computerized client management systems and documentation tools will also be advantageous.
