As a remote team member, you will work primarily from your chosen location, utilizing advanced telehealth technologies to facilitate therapy sessions. • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions through telehealth platforms, fostering a safe and supportive virtual space for clients.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and support staff, to coordinate integrated care.

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Current and active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in Massachusetts.

• Proficiency in assessment, diagnosis, and creating effective treatment plans specific to diverse client needs.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues alike.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications.
