• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients addressing their unique mental health needs.
• Engage in regular therapy sessions through telehealth, utilizing best practices in behavioral health intervention.
• Utilize evidence-based techniques to facilitate therapeutic progress, including cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness approaches.
• Regularly document client interactions and progress in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards using electronic health record systems.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care and address any co-occurring conditions or support needs.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to stay up to date with current best practices in mental health.
• Advocate for clients by connecting them with additional resources and community services as needed.

Our clients represent diverse backgrounds and face a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. You will work with individuals, couples, and families, tailoring your approach to meet the varying needs of each client. Your efforts will not only help clients navigate their mental health journeys but also equip them with coping strategies and resources for achieving overall well-being.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• A valid California license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in a behavioral health or therapeutic setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook and Word, and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients of all backgrounds.
• A commitment to ethical practice and a passion for providing high-quality mental health care.

• Experience working in a community health clinic or similar environment.
• Proven track record of successfully working with service populations including underserved groups or individuals facing financial barriers to care.
• Knowledge of local mental health resources and community services.
