• Conduct intake assessments and ongoing evaluations to determine clients’ mental health status and therapeutic needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based methodologies tailored to each client’s unique situation.
• Engage with clients in both individual and group settings, emphasizing the use of culturally sensitive and inclusive therapeutic approaches.
• Monitor client progress through regular follow-up sessions, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care and support.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A valid and active license as an LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Tennessee.
• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.
• A profound understanding of various mental health disorders and proficiency in evidence-based treatment approaches.
• Demonstrated skills in crisis intervention, effective communication, and relational rapport building with diverse populations.
• Proficiency in using EHR systems to maintain clinical documentation and track client progress.

• Experience in delivering both individual and group therapy sessions with a focus on cultural relevance.
• A background that demonstrates the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Knowledge of community resources and the ability to refer clients appropriately for additional services.
