As an LCSW at Behavioral Health Counseling Solutions, your primary responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at improving the mental health and overall well-being of your clients. These include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to gain a comprehensive understanding of each patient's unique mental health concerns.
• Developing tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices, prioritizing client preferences and needs.
• Implementing therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address individual patient issues effectively.
• Maintaining up-to-date and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and clinical best practices.
• Engaging in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow social workers to provide holistic and coordinated patient care.
• Participating in case consultations and peer reviews to contribute to continuous quality improvement in our clinical services.
• Educating patients and their families about mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources for support.
• Staying current with the latest research in mental health and integrating relevant findings into your practice to enhance treatment efficacy.

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of patients, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. You will have the chance to work with both adults and children, adapting your therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each client. Your efforts will directly contribute to helping clients achieve their treatment goals and improve their overall quality of life.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience, with a focus on psychotherapy services.
• Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities, particularly evidence-based interventions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate with team members.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
• A collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive within a team-based structure.

Experience working within a community health framework or outpatient mental health setting is valued, as is familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and teletherapy platforms. A background in crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, and an understanding of the social determinants of health will enhance your ability to serve our client population effectively.
