This position is designed to be conducted remotely, allowing you to work conveniently from home while maintaining flexibility in your schedule. • Conduct thorough assessments during initial client sessions to determine mental health status and specific therapy needs.
• Design individualized treatment plans that integrate evidence-based therapeutic modalities and strategies tailored to the client’s circumstances.
• Facilitate regular one-on-one therapy sessions, utilizing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness practices.
• Monitor client progress through ongoing evaluations and adjust treatment methods as necessary to ensure progress toward therapeutic goals.
• Provide referrals to other healthcare providers—such as psychiatrists for medication management or support groups—when additional support is needed.
• Engage actively in case consultations with other mental health professionals within the organization to discuss complex cases and best practices.

• Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited program.
• Current and valid state licensure as an LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or LCSW-R.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health or related setting.
• Expertise in evidence-based treatment approaches, particularly in individual therapy settings.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on building rapport and trust with clients.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines in mental health practice.

• Experience leading group therapy sessions with a focus on shared recovery journeys.
• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth technologies and EHR systems to document client progress and manage scheduling.
• Proven ability to handle crisis situations, demonstrating strong intervention skills and calm, effective communication.
