Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate regular one-on-one therapy sessions, utilizing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness practices.
  • Monitor client progress through ongoing evaluations and adjust treatment methods as necessary to ensure progress toward therapeutic goals.
  • Provide referrals to other healthcare providers—such as psychiatrists for medication management or support groups—when additional support is needed.
  • Engage actively in case consultations with other mental health professionals within the organization to discuss complex cases and best practices.
