Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to tailor individualized therapy strategies that address each client's unique needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions in individual, group, and family settings, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Maintain accurate and current clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with all ethical and legal guidelines.
• Engage in personnel training sessions, workshops, and ongoing education to remain updated on advancements in mental health practices.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to devise comprehensive care plans that holistically address client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will primarily serve individuals and families with limited access to healthcare, addressing a variety of mental health challenges. This may include stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits
