Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with clients in therapeutic sessions to effectively set, monitor, and achieve individualized treatment goals.
• Provide evidence-based, prevention-oriented therapy that addresses mental health challenges and promotes overall well-being.
• Design, implement, and regularly review comprehensive treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Communicate and collaborate with other healthcare providers and placement agencies to ensure continuity of care and effective treatment.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for each client interaction and treatment plan update, in compliance with clinic policies.
• Manage a manageable caseload effectively, ensuring that all session notes are documented and stored appropriately.
• Participate in ongoing staff meetings, contributing to the collaborative culture and enhancement of clinic practices.
• Actively contribute to and enrich the team's working environment, playing a role in team-building and cultural development.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Mental Health Therapist at Mind Therapeutic Care Clinic, you will serve a diverse range of clients, each with unique backgrounds and mental health needs. Our client population includes individuals from varied demographic groups, presenting a wide array of mental health challenges—from anxiety and depression to more complex psychological disorders. Your work will directly support these individuals in finding their path toward wellness and recovery.

Qualifications

• A valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.
• A minimum of one year of experience in mental health counseling or related fields, showcasing relevant clinical competencies.
• In-depth understanding of community mental health resources is essential for effective client support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are crucial for accurate documentation and client relationship building.

Compensation and Benefits
