• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy sessions to a diverse client base, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to their specific needs.
• Effectively manage your caseload, ensuring timely scheduling and follow-ups, while maintaining clinical documentation in adherence to state regulations.
• Engage in regular clinical supervision and participate in team meetings to enhance service delivery and share best practices.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care interventions for your clients.

Your clients will include individuals, couples, and families navigating a wide range of mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, and trauma. You will work with diverse populations, fostering an understanding of varied cultural backgrounds and social contexts to effectively address their unique challenges. The goal is to empower clients through therapy, equipping them with tools for personal growth and resilience.

• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted Virginia licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Solid clinical experience in providing therapy, with a strong emphasis on individual and family therapy modalities.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills to facilitate effective therapy sessions and documentation.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and adaptability in a remote setting.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting or community health clinic.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and electronic health record (EHR) systems for managing client information and documentation.
• Demonstrated experience in multicultural counseling and understanding the principles of culturally competent care.
