Job description

Job Summary :
Establish and maintain a system of reports and reconcile data to efficiently submit and ensure full reimbursement of vendors, contracts, and spiffs. Maintain mClub customer database by verifying eligibility and processing enrollments and terminations. Process and analyze billing, return on investment (ROI), and rebate reporting for the practices as well as Paychex management. Complete ad hoc reporting as necessary. This is a remote position.

Essential Job Functions ::

    • Create, maintain, and revise sales analysis reports that are designed specifically to terms of vendor contracts. Summarize each report in a logical form to serve as a request for reimbursement. Maintain documentation of all requests made and follow through to assure reimbursement. Provide ad hoc reporting to mClub members as needed.
    • Create, maintain, and revise spiff reports that are designed specifically to terms of manufacturer spiffs. Summarize each report in a logical form to serve as a request for reimbursement. Maintain documentation of all requests made and follow through to assure reimbursement and payout of spiffs. Update spiffs and send to Midwest teams and mClub members throughout the spiff dates.
    • Verify, maintain, and reconcile all steps designed specifically to terms of contract pricing and eligibility for mClub. Verify authorization of contract eligibility per clinic and sales representative requests. Maintain contract price groups in the AS400 and assign clinics to those price groups. Reconcile our internal reports with vendor documentation to ensure reimbursement amounts are accurate. Submit any necessary disputes to vendors for additional reimbursements.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements & Qualifications ::

    • Must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily
    • A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required
    • A two-year degree in a business-related field is preferred
    • A minimum of two years administrative or accounting related work experience is required
    • Ability to read, write and speak English
    • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, employment policies, operating instructions, and procedural manuals.
    • Good written and verbal communication skills
    • Good organizational skills to include multi-tasking
    • Strong working knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word
    • The ability to quickly become an expert in utilizing the AS400 and Cognos query capabilities
    • The ability to effectively work with others throughout the organization
    • The ability to interpret manufacturer programs
    • Skill related to the creation and formatting of reports appropriate to requirements in Microsoft Excel and Cognos
    • Ability to be self-motivated, organized, and work independently
    • Calculator 10 key pad by touch
    • Cognos experience helpful
