• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to identify and understand clients’ mental health conditions, strengths, and external resources.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-informed care.
• Develop, execute, and monitor personalized treatment plans that incorporate measurable goals and objectives tailored to client needs.
• Engage collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care and comprehensive treatment strategies.
• Provide timely crisis intervention and risk assessments, establishing essential safety plans when necessary.
• Maintain detailed and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards to support client progress and therapy outcomes.
• Lead therapeutic groups, psychoeducational workshops, and support groups that contribute to community healing and personal empowerment.

Our services primarily cater to individuals, couples, and family units experiencing an array of mental health challenges. This diverse client focus enhances our practitioner's experience and gives them the opportunity to apply their skills across various contexts—from managing children’s behavioral issues and strengthening family dynamics to supporting adults coping with trauma and anxiety.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Strong understanding of contemporary mental health issues and evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and diagnostic skills are essential for effective client engagement.

We prefer candidates with at least two years of experience within a mental health or outpatient clinic setting. Experience with evidence-based therapeutic approaches and a solid foundation in family systems theory are highly desirable. Familiarity with digital counseling platforms and remote therapy techniques will set you apart.

The yearly salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, with additional performance-based bonuses. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
