Utilizing state-of-the-art telehealth technology, you will conduct sessions from the comfort of your own space, ensuring that our clients have access to care wherever they are.

• Establish and maintain a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients of various backgrounds, promoting an open and conducive atmosphere for healing.
• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family dynamics.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that are adaptable to the evolving needs of your patients, incorporating feedback from sessions and assessments.
• Facilitate both one-on-one and group therapy sessions, providing professional guidance and support in coping with challenges and conflicts.
• Monitor and document client progress on an ongoing basis, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to maximize therapeutic effectiveness.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and specialists when necessary to refer clients for additional help outside of therapy.

Your primary focus will be on a diverse client base, which includes individuals dealing with complex emotional issues, couples navigating relationship challenges, and families seeking to improve their interpersonal dynamics. Your expertise will guide them toward restoring balance and enhancing their quality of life.

• Active and valid Marriage and Family Therapist licensure in the state of Florida is required.
• An advanced degree (Master’s degree) in Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field is mandatory.
• Demonstrated experience with individual and group therapy, showcasing a deep understanding of therapeutic techniques and methodologies.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, essential for balancing client caseloads and fulfilling administrative responsibilities efficiently.

• Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling methods is advantageous, particularly in adapting counseling techniques to the virtual environment.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and modalities specific to marriage and family therapy, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), etc.
