This position is primarily remote, allowing for the flexibility to work digitally while connecting with clients via video calls, phone sessions, and secure messaging. • Establish and foster trusting relationships with clients to promote engagement and support effective therapeutic outcomes.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to accurately diagnose mental health conditions and formulate individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions, offering individual, couple, and family therapy tailored to the unique circumstances of each client.
• Regularly monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary to ensure continual improvement and adherence to therapeutic goals.
• Document all therapy sessions and client interactions comprehensively and in a timely manner to maintain accurate case records and facilitate treatment continuity.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers when necessary to provide a holistic approach to client care, ensuring comprehensive treatment and support.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and various life transitions. Our client base values empathetic approaches and evidence-based treatments, encouraging therapists to apply techniques that resonate with clients to foster a sense of empowerment and growth.

• Must possess a current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Strong understanding of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and counseling best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and the ability to inspire and empower clients throughout therapeutic processes.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, essential for working within a multidisciplinary team and with clients.

• Certification in addiction therapy and substantial experience in treating addiction and co-occurring disorders.
• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment methodologies and interventions related to drug addiction and mental health issues.
• Experience utilizing teletherapy platforms and managing care remotely.
