Blissful Counseling Hub, LLC is seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. The LMFT position is 100% remote, allowing providers the flexibility to manage their time and work-from-home arrangements while still contributing to a close-knit and collaborative team. • Conduct initial assessments and develop tailored treatment plans based on clinical best practices for each client.
• Facilitate virtual counseling and therapy sessions, using telehealth platforms to engage clients effectively and maintain engagement.
• Document client progress meticulously in electronic health records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational protocols.
• Conduct regular follow-up sessions to provide ongoing care and adapt treatment approaches as clients evolve through their healing journeys.
• Engage in case management, coordinating with community resources and support systems to enhance client care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to deliver comprehensive care.
• Participate in professional development opportunities, including workshops and seminars, to enhance clinical skills and stay current with best practices.

Our client base is incredibly diverse, as we serve individuals of varying backgrounds, ages, and presenting issues. You will work with clients who experience mental health diagnoses such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and substance use disorders. Understanding and addressing the unique challenges our diverse clientele face is crucial to providing effective therapeutic interventions.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in therapy or counseling.
• Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to connect with clients while advocating for their needs and preferences.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address challenging situations and develop effective treatment strategies.
• Ability to build meaningful, therapeutic relationships based on trust, empathy, and respect.

While the minimum requirement is two years of experience, we strongly prefer candidates with experience in telehealth therapy and those familiar with electronic health record systems. Experience working within a community mental health setting and a track record of collaborating within a multidisciplinary team is highly advantageous.

We offer a competitive annual salary range of $100,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, our benefits package includes:
