Journey Behavioral and Skills, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and foster trusting relationships with clients to promote engagement and support effective therapeutic outcomes.
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to accurately diagnose mental health conditions and formulate individualized treatment plans.
  • Facilitate engaging therapy sessions, offering individual, couple, and family therapy tailored to the unique circumstances of each client.
  • Regularly monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary to ensure continual improvement and adherence to therapeutic goals.
  • Document all therapy sessions and client interactions comprehensively and in a timely manner to maintain accurate case records and facilitate treatment continuity.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers when necessary to provide a holistic approach to client care, ensuring comprehensive treatment and support.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and various life transitions. Qualifications
  • Must possess a current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits
