Job description

About the Job
Sales & Customer Experience Rep - Golden Mobile Detailing Fox Valley, WI (Hybrid) | Full-Time | $1,200/mo Base + 6% Commission
About Us
Golden Mobile Detailing is a fast-growing mobile auto detailing company serving the Fox Valley and Green Bay corridor - including Appleton, Menasha, and Grand Chute. We bring premium detailing directly to our customers' driveways, and business is booming. We're looking for a driven, people-first sales rep to help us keep up with demand and turn every lead into a happy, booked customer.
The Role
We're generating more leads than we can keep up with - coming in through Facebook, Instagram, Google, and phone calls - and we need someone who can respond fast, follow up consistently, and close bookings with confidence. If you're someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people and loves the idea of being rewarded for your results, this is a great opportunity.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Responding to inbound leads from Meta ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google in a timely manner.
  • Using sales to close customers and put them on the schedule.
  • Handling incoming calls and texts from potential customers.
  • Following up with leads who haven't booked yet through text and phone.
  • Booking appointments and managing customer communication through our CRM and scheduling software.
  • Keeping lead and booking records organized in Google Sheets.
  • Coordinating with our internal team via Slack to make sure jobs are running smoothly.
What We're Looking For:
We're not necessarily looking for a traditional salesperson - we're looking for someone who's great with people. If you've worked as a bartender, server, cashier, or in any role where you've had to communicate confidently and make people feel taken care of, you already have the foundation we need. We'll train you on the rest.
  • Comfortable talking to people over the phone, text, and online.
  • Organized, dependable, and responsive.
  • Self-motivated - you don't need someone standing over you to stay on task.
  • Coachable and open to feedback.
  • Basic comfort with technology (phone, computer, Google Sheets).
Compensation:
  • Base Pay: $1,200/month.
  • Commission: 6% on every job you book.
Here's what that can look like in real numbers:
Jobs Booked / MonthAvg. TicketCommission EarnedTotal Monthly Pay:
  • 20 jobs | $300 - $360 | ~$1,560.
  • 40 jobs | $300 - $720 | ~$1,920.
  • 60 jobs | $300 - $1,080 | ~$2,280.
  • 80 jobs | $300 - $1,440 | ~$2,640.
The leads are already coming in - your job is to close them. The more you book, the more you make. Top performers have a real path to earning well above base.
Schedule & Location:
  • This is a hybrid role based in the Fox Valley area. You'll work 40 hours per week with a mix of remote and in-person availability as needed.
  • Work hours depend on what you get done. If you're done following up, handling leads, and taking calls, you can go about your day until a lead (person interested in our service) comes in.
  • Don't need to be in Wisconsin, but a US-based rep is required.

How to Apply
If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you. Send a short message introducing yourself and telling us about a time you had to communicate with or take care of a customer - whether that was at a restaurant, a retail job, or anywhere else. Applications without a message will not be considered. You can send them to 920-585-7253.
Were looking forward to having you on the team!
