Treasury Management Sales Officer

TBK Bank is seeking an experienced Treasury Management Sales Officer to help grow commercial treasury relationships across the Denver market.

This is an opportunity for a consultative treasury sales professional who enjoys partnering with commercial clients and lenders to deliver treasury solutions that drive deposits, fee income, and long-term client relationships. We are looking for someone who can identify opportunities, build trusted relationships, and bring strategic treasury solutions to small and middle-market businesses.


This role focuses on commercial clients ranging from small to middle market and offers the opportunity to deliver a broad treasury suite including ACH and wire services, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, lockbox, liquidity solutions, sweep accounts, commercial cards, and fraud mitigation tools.


TBK Bank maintains a strong strategic focus on deposit growth and treasury relationship expansion while continuing to invest in treasury technology and fraud prevention capabilities.


What You'll Do

  • Develop new Treasury Management business opportunities with commercial clients and prospects
  • Partner closely with Commercial Banking and Lending teams in a collaborative relationship model designed to deepen client relationships and expand treasury penetration
  • Deliver consultative treasury solutions tailored to client needs across payments, receivables, liquidity management, and fraud mitigation
  • Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline through networking, referrals, prospecting activity, and relationship development
  • Conduct treasury reviews, prepare client proposals, and present treasury recommendations
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding client business strategies, operational challenges, and industry trends
  • Support successful onboarding and long-term client satisfaction in partnership with dedicated Treasury implementation and support teams
  • Collaborate with internal partners to drive deposit growth and treasury revenue objectives


What We're Looking For

  • Treasury Management Sales experience within commercial banking
  • Strong knowledge of treasury products, account analysis, and pricing
  • Understanding of commercial payment and receivable processes
  • Proven ability to build relationships and develop new business opportunities
  • Strong communication, presentation, and consultative sales skills

Compensation & Benefits

  • Expected base salary range: $125,000 - $140,000
  • Eligible for an annual performance-based incentive opportunity targeted at 50% of base salary
  • Comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), and Paid Time Off
