• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health needs, utilizing various assessment tools and methodologies.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that reflect each client's unique circumstances and therapeutic goals, integrating client feedback into the planning process.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to provide integrated care that addresses the holistic needs of each client.
• Educate and support clients' families, helping them understand the therapeutic process and encouraging their active involvement in their loved ones' recovery.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

• Competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
