• Administer comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify each client's mental health needs, developing personalized treatment plans based on their unique circumstances.
• Lead individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches, fostering a comfortable atmosphere for healing and growth.

• A current and valid license as a LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Doctor of Psychology is required.
• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related discipline is necessary.
• Demonstrated expertise in mental health counseling, establishing proven effectiveness in evidence-based practices.
• Strong therapeutic and counseling skills that encourage rapport-building and client motivation throughout the therapeutic process.
• Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities, enabling seamless collaboration with colleagues and a multidisciplinary treatment team.

• Prior experience in telehealth services and familiarity with digital therapy platforms can be a significant advantage.
• Specialized training in areas such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care is desirable.
• A background in crisis intervention techniques can enhance a therapist’s ability to respond effectively to clients in distress.
