Miracle of Life Counseling is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time remote role. This position allows for a unique remote work setup, focusing on remote consultations as part of our hospice care services. • Provide clinical assessments, individual, group, and family therapy through telehealth platforms, tailoring interventions to meet the diverse needs of clients.
• Engage actively in creating and implementing integrated care plans, ensuring that clients have access to necessary resources and services.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to conduct brief and developmentally appropriate screenings, followed by arranging in-depth assessments when necessary.
• Collaborate within healthcare teams to address complex cases and contribute to safety, empowerment, and improved client outcomes.
• Monitor ongoing progress of clients, handling any crisis interventions as needed and ensuring appropriate recommendations are established.
• Maintain accurate records and complete reports in a timely manner, contributing to ongoing data collection and organizational improvement efforts.
• Participate in team meetings and training to promote best practices and elevate service delivery standards.
• Provide on-call support and coverage during assigned hours to ensure continuous care and accessibility for clients.

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will primarily serve clients from diverse backgrounds who are facing significant mental health challenges, including but not limited to adults with major depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, and severe emotional disturbances. Our focus is not only on treatment but also on holistic recovery, emphasizing choice and empowerment within the therapeutic relationship.

• Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related field, accompanied by valid LCSW licensure in Illinois.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in clinical settings, preferably within mental health and hospice care.
• Strong understanding of ethical guidelines, professional conduct, and familiarity with community resources and support systems.
• Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to connect and collaborate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
• Proficiency in using telehealth technology and software to facilitate remote sessions.

• Experience working in hospice or end-of-life care settings.
• Familiarity with culturally competent practices that respect diverse traditions and beliefs.
• Background in crisis intervention and behavior management strategies.

This full-time role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience.
