Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of medium to large-scale software solutions integrating enterprise applications, cloud services, APIs, and automation technologies.
  • Analyze business and technical requirements to architect scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions that align with customer and organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering teams, UX, QA, Infrastructure, and Operations to deliver end-to-end software solutions.
  • Drive technical estimation, resource planning, and solution costing activities for new initiatives, enhancements, and customer engagements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, architectural diagrams, implementation plans, and proposal artifacts.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams while promoting engineering protocols and coding standards.
  • Support proposal development efforts by validating technical feasibility, implementation approaches, and delivery timelines.
  • Lead collaborator reviews and facilitate discussions regarding technical strategy, project risks, scalability, and operational readiness.
  • Coordinate cross-functional meetings to align business requirements, technical dependencies, and delivery expectations.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes, tooling, templates, and engineering standards.
  • Manage numerous projects and competing priorities while ensuring quality delivery within established timelines.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, solution architecture, or technical leadership roles.
  • Strong experience designing enterprise-grade applications and distributed systems.
  • Proficiency with modern programming languages, APIs, cloud platforms, and software integration patterns.
  • Experience leading cross-functional technical initiatives and mentoring engineering teams.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC processes, and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and collaborator management skills.
  • Ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with technical estimation, solution planning, and delivery forecasting.
  • Experience with Test Driven development.
  • Experience with Ruby, React, Typescript, SQL Server, Cosmos, and C# languages.
