Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Integration Specialist with strong expertise in enterprise system integration, APIs, and data interoperability. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain integration solutions across cloud platforms, databases, and third-party applications while ensuring reliability, scalability, and security. This role also involves release management, environment support, and collaboration within Agile teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, test, and maintain integration solutions including APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), file-based, and message-based integrations
  • Manage release schedules, deployments, and hotfixes across UAT and Production environments
  • Administer and support Microsoft Server environments, including Internet Information Services (IIS)
  • Validate completeness and quality of development efforts prior to production release
  • Recommend system improvements including OS upgrades, storage optimization, and memory enhancements
  • Troubleshoot complex integration issues related to data mismatches, application logic, networking, and security constraints
  • Provide status updates and progress reporting during system upgrades and releases
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming and sprint planning
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and business stakeholders
     
Required Skills:
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in system integration, application interfaces, and data exchange solutions
  • Hands-on experience integrating enterprise systems, cloud platforms, databases, and third-party applications
  • Strong experience with APIs, REST/SOAP services, and message-based architecture
  • Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services, Boomi, Informatica, or similar
  • Proficiency in data formats such as XML, JSON, CSV and transformation/mapping techniques
  • Experience troubleshooting complex integration and system issues
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (e.g., Git), and automated deployment tools
  • Strong understanding of system architecture, networking, and security principles
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Exposure to enterprise architecture and data integration frameworks
  • Knowledge of security best practices in integration environments
