Job description

Position: Remote Azure Engineer
Location: US remote
Job Description Summary
Azure tenant to tenant migration duties, as well as install, configure, maintain and integrate system testing performance of Azure API, PC/server operating systems, related utilities.
Provide and maintain Azure network connected services.
GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Performs application configurations, internal operating system upgrades, software upgrades and deploys network devices including routers, switches, load balancers and firewalls.
  • Follows documented services processes and procedures.
  • Monitors, responds and provides resolutions to incident tickets.
  • Installs, maintains and upgrades software systems used for designing and developing company products.
  • Monitors usage and performance. (Dynatrace experience is a plus)
  • Performs customer service duties and responds to customer requests as defined by management.
  • Must have ServiceNow usage experience for RITM and Change Management.
  • Must have deep Azure deployment and migration experience.
