Job description

We are looking for an SAP Data Migration Lead - to join our team!
Your Responsibilities:
SAP Data Migration Lead will report directly to Director IT Business System - SAP and will be responsible for CW SAP Data Migration activities.
Location: Remote, US
Salary Range: $125,300 - 167,000

Your Challenge:
  • Develop Data Migration Strategy & Execution plan while managing complex data cleansing and data migration design needs
  • Lead the lifecycle of data migration work which includes sources & data identification, data mapping, data extraction, data transformation and data loads
  • Partner with business process owners (BPO), SAP Functional Leads and their teams & SAP Technical team to define the scope of data migration and control the complexity of design while managing critical deadlines
  • Develop Data mock plans and set up MOCK Data Loads and build Mock dashboard
  • Lead Data Mapping workshops and develop data migration work in the ETL Tool (SAP Data Services)
  • Provide subject Matter Expertise in ETL, Data Tiering, Data Cleansing and Migration process
  • Develop Data Catalog and Data Resource plan and scheduling
  • Create and maintain Data Conversion Documents
  • Report Data Migration to Leadership

What you Bring:
  • Bachelor's Must have 10+ years in industry standard Extract, Transform, Load methodology and ability to translate business requirements to SAP Functional Technical Specs as well as understand, translate data conversion requirements to Conversion Design Documents
  • Minimum 10+ years of SAP experience in SAP Data Services and/or any other ETL software or tool
  • Experienced & Hand-on with SAP Data Migration Technologies which are but not limited to S/4HANA Migration Cockpit and LSMW. (Knowledge of IDOC will be beneficial)
  • Experience with either one or more SAP domains like Finance or controlling, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Manufacturing, Supplier Relationship etc
  • Experienced in data and SAP data analysis and with SAP Data model and hands on with SAP table structures and SAP query (SQVI)
  • Excellent communication skills & team player with ability to work with Business Analyst and developers and act as liaison between both
  • Experienced in Waterfall or Agile working environment
