Tier 3 In-House Engineer / Project Engineer

We are looking for a senior-level engineer to join our team and take on a mix of advanced support, project leadership, and mentorship responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex technical problems, enjoys working across both cloud and on-premises environments, and wants to play a key role in shaping IT infrastructure and security strategies.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the final escalation point for technical issues and provide expert-level troubleshooting.
  • Lead cloud migration projects (on-prem to cloud, tenant-to-tenant, cross-platform).
  • Manage and secure Microsoft 365 and on-premises server environments.
  • Oversee network infrastructure including firewalls, switches, and wireless access points.
  • Design and deploy security solutions such as MFA.
  • Document processes, deliver training, and mentor junior team members.
  • Respond to high-priority incidents and support after-hours on a rotating basis.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in a senior technical role.
  • Strong expertise with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Hyper-V/VMware, and network infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with security tools (MDR, EDR, antivirus) and VoIP systems.
  • Industry certifications (Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Security+, SonicWall, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and mentoring skills.
