Company Description
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to support enterprise-scale technical programs within an application security environment. This role will coordinate complex, cross-functional initiatives that improve engineering operations, program governance, accountability, and security-related processes.
The ideal candidate combines strong program-management fundamentals with technical and analytical fluency. You should be comfortable working with engineering, security, PMO, and leadership stakeholders; using data to understand program health; establishing clear ownership; and driving ambiguous initiatives forward with limited supervision.
This is a hands-on program leadership role requiring strong execution, structured communication, analytical problem solving, and the ability to operate effectively across multiple technical teams.
Enterprise experience strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Lead complex cross-functional programs supporting application security and engineering operations.
Partner with PMO teams and technical stakeholders to track and communicate program progress, risks, blockers, dependencies, and key results.
Establish and facilitate recurring program meetings, operating cadences, status reviews, and stakeholder communications.
Create and maintain program documentation, action plans, ownership tracking, risk logs, decision records, and executive-ready status reporting.
Work across engineering, security, and other stakeholder groups to clarify ownership, resolve blockers, and drive initiatives through completion.
Use SQL and/or IQL to analyze program data, validate results, identify trends or gaps, and support reporting and decision-making.
Translate complex program and technical information into clear updates, recommendations, and escalation points for leadership.
Coordinate change initiatives that affect multiple teams, processes, or technical environments.
Independently investigate ambiguous problems, research potential solutions, test approaches, and iterate rapidly based on results.
Provide overall program coordination and guidance while maintaining accountability for milestones, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
Qualifications
Must-Have Skills
8-10 years of relevant program or project management experience.
Strong project and program management skills with demonstrated ownership of complex cross-functional initiatives.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience communicating program status, risks, blockers, recommendations, and key results to leadership and stakeholders.
Experience working with PMO teams across an organization to manage governance, progress tracking, reporting, risks, blockers, and key results.
Experience establishing and leading recurring program meetings and cross-functional operating cadences.
Hands-on experience with SQL and/or IQL for data analysis, program reporting, validation, or decision support.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently as a self-starter with limited direction.
Experience researching ambiguous problems, evaluating potential approaches, and iterating quickly to deliver results.
Experience creating and maintaining project or program documentation and coordinating change initiatives.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Application Security domain knowledge.
Experience supporting security, security engineering, product security, secure software development, vulnerability management, or other security-focused technical programs.
Experience managing programs involving engineering ownership, technical remediation, compliance, operational readiness, or security controls.
Experience coordinating large-scale technical programs across multiple engineering teams or organizational groups.
Additional Information
Required Tools & Platforms
SQL and/or IQL.
Program and project management tools used for milestone, risk, blocker, dependency, and action-item tracking.
Location, Time & Engagement
Contract engagement.
Full-time, 40 hours per week.
Remote.
Open to candidates located in the United States or LATAM.
Must be able to maintain substantial overlap with U.S. business hours.
