To thrive as a Remote Automotive Finance Manager, you need strong knowledge of automotive financing, sales processes, and regulatory compliance, typically supported by a degree in finance or business and relevant industry experience. Familiarity with dealer management systems (DMS), credit application platforms, and e-signature tools is essential. What is a Remote Automotive Finance Manager?

A Remote Automotive Finance Manager is a finance professional who works for car dealerships or automotive companies, handling vehicle financing processes and customer loan applications remotely instead of on-site. Their duties typically include reviewing credit applications, securing loan or lease approvals from lenders, and presenting financing options to customers via phone or online communication. They may also assist with compliance, documentation, and ensuring that all financial transactions meet regulatory requirements. Working remotely allows them to provide these services from anywhere, leveraging digital tools and platforms. This role requires strong knowledge of automotive financing, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with virtual collaboration tools.

How does a Remote Automotive Finance Manager collaborate with dealership staff to ensure seamless financing processes?

Who We AreKPA helps automotive businesses keep their people safe, protect their operations, and stay ahead of regulatory change with our 3 Pillars for Complete Compliance: Software, Consulting, and Training. Since 1986, KPA has helped automotive businesses navigate the complexities of compliance.
Named as one of Built In Colorado's Best Places to Work for seven years in a row, KPA is made up of talented individuals working together for the greater good. We're here to help our clients build safe, thriving organizations, and we're looking for people with a common goal to help us do it.

  • Demonstrated integrity and ability to foster a strong compliance culture.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology platforms and mobile applications.
