Job description

Johnson Service Group is seeking Funding Associates for an Auto Finance Company in the Atlanta, GA area. 
This is a fully remote position.  Must live within 75 miles of the company.
Must be flexible with working days/ hours
Monday-Friday - 9:00 am - 6:00 pm and every other Saturday with a weekday off.   (40 hours per week) 
Hourly pay rate: $18.00

This is a 6-month temporary position with a strong possibility of becoming a temp-to-direct-hire opportunity if the candidate meets the company's goals and expectations.
The Funder Associate is responsible for reviewing, booking, and funding retail and lease contracts from dealerships in accordance with department policies and procedures. This position requires flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment, changing rules, regulations, and policies, and as such, must be able to process and retain information quickly. 
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.     Review and validate retail and lease documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies, established guidelines, programs, credit stipulations and state/federal laws and regulations.
2.     Handle incoming dealer phone calls to resolve held offerings during peak hours as needed.
3.     Actively participate in coaching and development sessions/trainings to co-create solutions that enhance individual performance and overall department/team performance
4.     Perform all other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
·         High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
·         College degree preferred
·         Strong written and verbal communication skills
·         Aptitude for numbers and calculations
·         Self-motivated, self-starter
·         Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality work
·         Ability to multitask and react quickly in a fast paced, team environment
·         Enhanced problem solving skills
·         Must be able to take and apply feedback quickly
·         Ability to work under pressure
