The Release Health & Delivery Governance Manager serves as a complementary operational governance and delivery intelligence function focused on:
operational visibility
telemetry alignment

and continuous improvement of enterprise release-health practices
The ideal candidate possesses strong systems-thinking, operational risk analysis, release governance, and cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to translate complex operational telemetry into meaningful organizational insight and actionable delivery-health improvements.
