About the Role

As a Remote Customer Sales Rep, you'll meet virtually with individuals who have already requested information about supplemental benefits. Your primary responsibility is to educate clients, answer their questions, and help them choose benefit options that best meet their needs.

This is a fully remote position with scheduled appointments—*no cold calling or door-to-door sales.*

What You'll Do

* Conduct scheduled virtual meeting thru zoom with prospective clients

* Understand each client's needs and recommend suitable benefit options

* Assist clients with online applications and enrollment

* Maintain accurate customer records within company systems
