• Conduct detailed mental health assessments to recognize the challenges and needs of patients, facilitating the development of personalized and effective treatment plans.
• Implement diverse therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, during individual, couple, and family counseling sessions to allow for a tailored experience.
• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups aimed at addressing common mental health issues, enhancing clients' understanding and fostering a sense of community.
• Collaborate daily with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to ensure holistic, coordinated care for patients.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and ongoing support during mental health emergencies, prioritizing patient safety and well-being.
• Educate patients about their conditions, treatment pathways, coping mechanisms, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.
• Maintain precise and secure documentation in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal requirements for all patient interactions.
• Engage in continuous professional development through team meetings, case consultations, and relevant training to stay informed about the latest in mental health practices.

Constant Support Psychotherapy Services works with a diverse range of clients, including adolescents, adults, and families from various backgrounds, each facing unique mental health challenges. • A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Georgia.
• Proficient knowledge of various mental health disorders and treatment methodologies, demonstrating the ability to apply evidence-based practices.
• Experience in conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and crafting effective treatment plans.
• Proven track record of providing therapeutic services to individuals and groups from diverse demographics.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, essential for building rapport with clients and collaborating with colleagues.
• Ability to navigate ethical boundaries and exercise sound judgment in all professional interactions.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth technology.

• Experience working in outpatient settings or telehealth environments with similar populations.

The salary for this role ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
