Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients via our telehealth platform, utilizing both video and audio options.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans centered on a solution-based therapy approach.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment interventions in compliance with organizational and legal standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians to share insights and strategies that enhance client outcomes.

Qualifications

• A valid LCSW, LMFT, LCPC, or Psychologist License is required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

• No disciplinary actions on your professional license.
• Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet client needs, which includes both evenings and weekends.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Compensation is delivered through a weekly direct deposit for your ease and prompt access to your earnings. Additionally, a benefits stipend will be provided to support your well-being beyond your salary.
