Pre-Bar Candidates and Newly licensed attorneys are both encouraged to apply. We are a growing California Workers' Compensation defense firm seeking a fully remote attorney to handle all aspects of workers' compensation cases from discovery through settlement or trial. Our firm emphasizes client satisfaction, open communication, early resolutions, and creative litigation strategies.

We maintain low caseloads and billing requirements to ensure high-quality representation and a healthy work-life balance.

We provide hands-on training and support to help new attorneys master the California Workers' Compensation system. Ideal candidates should have strong legal knowledge, excellent communication skills, and an ability to manage multiple tasks at once.

Responsibilities:
  • Handling all aspects of a Workers' Compensation case from inception to resolution, focusing on early resolution and creative solutions

  • Reviewing new claim materials and providing claim handling recommendations, action plans, case exposure assessments, and legal defenses

  • Quickly analyzing new information and applying knowledge of Workers' Compensation law

  • Working closely and collaboratively with paralegals and legal assistants to ensure effective case handling

  • Maintaining prompt communication and professional relationships with internal and external contacts
