To thrive as a Remote Athletic Trainer, you need a strong background in exercise science, injury prevention, and rehabilitation, typically supported by a bachelor's degree and national certification (such as ATC). Familiarity with telehealth platforms, electronic health record (EHR) systems, and fitness tracking software is essential for virtual care delivery. Job description

Remote Sales Representative (1099) – Built for Competitive People (Athletes Welcome)

American Income Life, a Globe Life company, is expanding and hiring full-time, remote, 1099 sales representatives. Globe Life is the official sponsor of major pro teams including the Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers, and LA Lakers—and we’re building a culture that fits the same mindset: performance, consistency, and winning.

This is a commission-only opportunity with uncapped income, designed for individuals who thrive in competitive environments and want a real path to leadership.

Why Athletes Do Well Here

Athletes already know how to:

  • Follow a game plan (script + system)
  • Take coaching and improve weekly
  • Compete with discipline and consistency
  • Earn results through effort—not seniority

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll work with members from an established niche market (labor unions, associations, and credit unions) to review and enroll families into benefit plans. You’ll be supported with training, coaching, and a proven process.

Leads & Market Advantage

  • Exclusive access to a large national member base
  • Warm, pre-qualified leads provided (no lead purchase required)
  • No door knocking / no lead buying

Compensation & Growth

  • Uncapped commissions + bonus opportunities
  • Performance incentives (contests, prizes, trips)
  • Residual income options + vesting opportunities
  • Promotion track based on production (leadership as soon as 90 days)
  • Stock options available (where applicable)
  • Company-paid life insurance (eligibility dependent on role/level)

What We’re Looking For

  • Competitive, coachable, and consistent
  • Strong work ethic and communication skills
  • Comfortable working remotely with a team
  • Sales experience is a plus, not required (we train the right person)

Apply

Apply today. Qualified applicants will be contacted for a brief interview to confirm fit and next steps.
