This is a full-time remote position offering the flexibility of working from anywhere while handling sophisticated commercial matters. The ideal candidate is a strong litigator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage their own caseload independently, and is passionate about delivering exceptional results for clients.
Key Responsibilities
  • Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials
  • Take and defend depositions, conduct discovery, and prepare witnesses
  • Draft, review, and argue motions and other legal documents
  • Develop litigation strategy and provide sound legal counsel to clients
  • Work collaboratively with clients, colleagues, and support staff to drive cases forward
  • Manage all aspects of a litigation caseload from intake through resolution

Qualifications
  • 5 to 15 years of experience in civil/business litigation
  • Significant trial, deposition, and motion practice experience
  • Strong analytical, legal research, and writing skills
  • Excellent communication, case management, and client interaction abilities
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Active bar license in good standing in California preferred
