Job description

About LearnLux

LearnLux is the leading global provider of workplace financial wellbeing, blending fiduciary digital planning with access to one-on-one guidance from Certified Financial Planner™️ professionals. Our award-winning program helps employees navigate critical financial decisions from budgeting and benefits elections to equity compensation, home buying, and retirement so they can feel confident about their money and focused at work. Today, we're proud to serve some of the largest companies in the world.

We're building LearnLux with intention. We move quickly, operate with a high bar for quality, and value people who take ownership of their work. If you're energized by solving new problems, taking accountability, and pushing yourself to do your best work every day, you'll find this a rewarding environment.

We're a venture-backed company that has raised a series B and is supported by experienced investors and long-term partners. We're a growth-focused business building for scale, and we're excited by the opportunities and challenges that come with that journey.

The Role

At LearnLux, you will build a product that changes lives. Our mission is to empower people to take control of their financial future, whether that means getting out of debt, buying their first home, or preparing for retirement.

As a Senior Product Manager, Platform, you'll own strategy and roadmap across several foundational areas of our enterprise SaaS platform: data, AI, data compliance, global platform strategy, client integrations, and strategic vendor partnerships. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across the company to proactively identify the highest-leverage problems and opportunities and turn them into clear product priorities.

This is a highly hands-on role for a Product Manager who is comfortable operating in ambiguity and moving between long-term strategy and detailed execution. You'll analyze data directly, shape requirements, evaluate tradeoffs, work through complex client and regulatory needs, and partner closely with Engineering and Data to drive initiatives from discovery through delivery.

As LearnLux continues to expand globally, you'll help define the platform investments required to win in international markets, including regional data privacy and residency requirements, global performance and infrastructure needs, and other capabilities required to serve complex enterprise customers around the world.

AI will also be an important part of how you work. You'll use AI alongside SQL and other analytical methods to uncover insights and improve decision-making, while helping define how LearnLux evaluates the quality and reliability of AI-powered product experiences.

This role is based in Denver, Colorado. Remote candidates will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

What you'll do
  • Own product strategy and roadmap across data, AI, data compliance, global platform capabilities, client integrations, and strategic vendor partnerships.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the company to identify client, business, operational, and technical needs and translate them into clear priorities.
  • Define and prioritize platform investments required for global scale, including regional privacy, data residency, performance, and infrastructure considerations.
  • Own product direction for data capabilities, including data quality, governance, internal analytics infrastructure, data architecture priorities, and AI/data products.
  • Use Business Intelligence, AI tools, and agentic workflows to investigate data, validate assumptions, uncover opportunities, and inform product decisions.
  • Define requirements related to data privacy and governance, including GDPR, CCPA, data retention and deletion, residency, and contractual client requirements.
  • Own product direction for client and partner integrations, including HRIS and eligibility feeds, data vendors, implementation partners, and integrations between LearnLux and client systems.
  • Evaluate vendor and partner capabilities, drive build-versus-buy decisions, and manage product considerations across strategic vendor relationships.
  • Partner closely with Engineering and Data to scope complex initiatives, make thoughtful tradeoffs, define success metrics, and drive work from discovery through delivery.
  • Develop and maintain AI evaluations (Evals) that assess the quality, reliability, and usefulness of AI-powered product experiences.
  • Bring structure to ambiguous problems and communicate strategy, decisions, tradeoffs, and progress clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You should bring
  • Strong Product Management experience in B2B or enterprise SaaS, with demonstrated ownership of product strategy and roadmap. Ideally within the benefits space.
  • Experience owning data-heavy products, platforms, or capabilities and making product decisions based on complex data.
  • Experience with complex B2B integrations, APIs, client implementations, or other integration-heavy platform work.
  • Fluency in SQL and the ability to independently query and analyze data. You do not need to be a software engineer, but you should be comfortable working directly with data rather than relying exclusively on analysts or engineers.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to conduct analysis, uncover product or data insights, and improve product decision-making.
  • Ability to contribute to the design and execution of AI evaluations, including test cases, expected behaviors, and criteria for assessing AI output quality.
  • Experience working in a startup or similarly fast-moving environment where priorities, processes, and requirements are not already well-defined.
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to take ambiguous problem spaces and turn customer, business, data, and technical inputs into a clear strategy and path to execution.
  • Experience partnering closely with engineering teams on technically complex products or platform initiatives.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, including the ability to build alignment and explain complex product and technical tradeoffs clearly.
It would be great if you also
  • Experience working on AI-powered products.
  • Experience independently designing AI evaluation frameworks, including datasets, rubrics, metrics, or repeatable evaluation methodologies with third party platforms.
  • Experience with data privacy, governance, or compliance requirements such as GDPR, CCPA, data residency, retention, and deletion.
  • Experience building products or platform capabilities for global enterprise customers.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, eligibility or employee data feeds, or similar enterprise data integrations.
  • Experience managing strategic technology or data vendor partnerships.
  • Experience in financial technology, employee benefits, or another regulated or compliance-heavy industry.
LearnLux is a fit for you if you
  • Thrive in fast-moving environments and enjoy building in moments of change. We operate with urgency, and roles, priorities, and evolve as we grow.
  • Like wearing multiple hats and helping define the path forward. At LearnLux, employees often help create clarity, structure, and direction where it didn't previously exist.
  • Take initiative and don't wait to be asked. You see problems as opportunities and are comfortable stepping in to move work forward.
  • Are energized by ambiguity and willing to make decisions with imperfect information. We learn quickly by doing, and pace is a competitive advantage for us.
  • Enjoy being hands-on and owning work end to end. While strategic thinking matters, execution, follow-through, and accountability are what drive impact here.
  • Are motivated by high standards and continuous improvement. As we hit new milestones, we intentionally raise the bar on quality, ownership, and outcomes.
  • Value clear, frequent communication and collaboration. As a remote team, staying aligned through proactive communication is core to how we operate.
Benefits
  • Remote-first company structure
  • Medical, dental, and vision
  • 401(k)
  • Mental wellbeing (Talkspace)
  • Financial wellbeing (LearnLux)
  • Paid vacation and sick leave
  • Paid sabbatical after 5 years of service
  • A supportive, inclusive team culture
  • Opportunities for continuous learning and growth at a fast-growing startup at the cutting edge intersection of financial wellness and technology
