Overview
Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani (GRSM) has an immediate opening for a construction litigation attorney with at least three years' experience in its Boston office. We offer flexible options for successful candidates, including fully remote and hybrid work arrangements.
Candidates must be driven team players with excellent litigation, writing and persuasive speaking skills, possess strong academic backgrounds, proven skills in research, and be a self-starter who is able to handle assignments with minimal supervision. Experience briefing and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and leading written discovery efforts is required. Trial experience is preferred but not required.
Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in Massachusetts.

Our current national base salary ranges are:
  • Associates (approximately 1-6+ years): $100,000-$165,000;
  • Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (approximately 5 years or more): $140,000-$215,000;
  • Partners (approximately 7 years or more): $190,000-$275,000+.

Actual compensation is tailored to each individual and may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market.
