  • Help manage a high volume of sophisticated litigation matters from active case stages through resolution
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients
  • Contribute to a niche practice centered on publishing rights, content liability, and other complex disputes

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of litigation experience, ideally around 3 to 6 years
  • Complex litigation experience required
  • High-level analytical and writing skills required
  • Must be based in Florida
