The Executive Assistant Opportunity
Okta is hiring an Executive Assistant to provide a wide array of administrative, logistical, and project-related support to Engineering executives within the Auth0 Product Unit.
This is a highly visible position within the organization, enabling our executives in a collaborative, and remote environment to ensure they can be effective in their roles.
What you'll be doing
  • Manage daily schedule of the Executives
  • Schedule and coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences and special events across global time zones (remote & in person)
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, process expense reports and assist with management of travel budget needs
  • Co-ordinate All Hands and Newsletters for each of the Executives' organizations
  • Acts as a liaison for assigned executives, relaying and exchanging information with others including
  • Anticipate the Executives' needs and proactively assemble the appropriate people and resources to solve problems.
  • Field incoming requests; exercise strong judgment and discretion with highly confidential information.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure communication is efficient and clear between teams.
  • Organize, prioritize and coordinate multiple work activities with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
What you'll bring to the role
  • A minimum of 5 years work experience in the capacity of an Administrative Assistant supporting multiple VP level remote executives
  • Expectation of complete confidentiality on all business matters
  • Ability to actively manage multiple projects in a fast-moving, high pressure environment
  • Ability to be flexible in response to changing priorities and needs
  • Extensive experience with arrangement of complex schedules and logistics, at times, across multiple time zones
  • Extraordinary time management skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication, planning, organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to remain energetic and positive in a fast-paced and demanding environment
  • Dedicated with the ability to anticipate next steps.
  • Works well with a variety of personalities; embraces teamwork

Below is the annual base salary range for candidates located in San Francisco Bay Area. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies. The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in the San Francisco Bay area is between:
$117,000-$160,000 USD
