Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager for a direct hire opportunity supporting industrial construction and EPC projects from kickoff through closeout. This role is remote, with preference for candidates located in Minnesota, and offers the opportunity to manage complex capital projects while partnering closely with construction leaders, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
The Construction Project Manager will play a key role in delivering projects on time, within budget, and according to scope while maintaining strong client relationships and clear project communication. This is a strong opportunity for a project management professional who enjoys ownership, accountability, collaboration, and the challenge of coordinating schedules, budgets, forecasting, procurement, and stakeholder expectations across industrial construction environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage industrial construction and EPC projects from kickoff through closeout in partnership with Construction Managers.
- Oversee project schedules, milestones, deliverables, budgets, cost controls, forecasting, earned revenue, and work-in-progress reporting.
- Serve as the primary client contact while maintaining strong customer relationships and communicating project status, risks, KPIs, and milestones.
- Coordinate procurement activities, subcontractor needs, materials availability, documentation, reporting, and project change orders.
- Identify project risks, challenges, and contingency plans while supporting safety, quality, and compliance objectives.
- Lead communication across internal teams, subcontractors, clients, leadership, and other project stakeholders.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $120,000 to $140,000 per year.
- Job type: Direct hire.
- Schedule: Full-time.
