• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapy strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care, sharing insights and strategies to enhance client outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and records in compliance with legal and ethical standards while utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training, participating in workshops and seminars to stay abreast of the latest developments in the mental health field.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally within clinical settings, demonstrating a solid foundation in mental health practices.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards pertaining to counseling and mental health services.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a capability to establish rapport and trust with a wide range of clients.
• Proven ability to work effectively within a collaborative healthcare team environment.
• Familiarity with EMR software and a commitment to utilizing technology in practice.

• Specialization or experience in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse counseling is highly desirable.
• Participation in continuing education and professional development related to innovative therapeutic techniques or emerging mental health trends.

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, depending on experience and caseload.
