Qualifications- A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Possession of a valid license as an LIMFT, LPCC, or LISW in the state of Nevada.
- Thorough knowledge of mental health disorders and the ability to apply evidence-based treatment approaches in diverse settings.
- Experience in delivering individual and group therapy, employing culturally responsive techniques.
- Strong crisis intervention skills, with a proven ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, allowing successful rapport-building with a wide range of individuals.
