• Deliver high-quality clinical services by developing and executing individualized, recovery-focused treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
• Conduct ongoing assessments to determine treatment needs and make necessary adjustments to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
• Collaborate with clients to design and monitor their individual service plans, ensuring these align with their goals for personal growth and stability.
• Facilitate skill-building sessions that focus on enhancing coping strategies, problem-solving capabilities, and effective communication skills.
• Educate clients about available community resources and advocate for their access to essential services that support their recovery journey.

Our primary focus is on adults aged 18 and older who are experiencing challenges related to mental health conditions. By utilizing a person-centered approach, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing their quality of life, helping them navigate daily challenges, and integrating them into the community with confidence and independence.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Valid state license in Nevada as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
• Ability to practice independently without supervision, coupled with a clean disciplinary history on your professional license.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor that fosters a trust-based counselor-client relationship.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic medical records and telehealth platforms to document client interactions and treatment progress.
• Access to a stable Wi-Fi connection to facilitate remote consultations and patient follow-ups.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering direct clinical services to diverse populations.
• Mastery of therapeutic interventions aimed at symptom monitoring, behavior management, and enhancing coping skills.
• Experience in facilitating workshops or groups focused on skill development and community integration.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
