Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately document all clinical interactions and maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring the confidentiality of client records.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide integrated care and enhance treatment efficacy.
  • Participate in regular case consultations and peer feedback sessions, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and enhancement of care standards.
  • Educate clients and their families about mental health issues and available resources within the community, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role will involve working with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a range of mental health issues. Your expertise will assist clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and other challenges. You will play a critical role in guiding clients towards improved mental well-being, drawing on your clinical skills and empathy.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Nevada.
  • At least three years of experience in clinical settings providing psychotherapy services.
  • Proven knowledge of solution-focused therapeutic techniques and interventions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients and team members alike.
